Notify us by email sales@echodesignerboutique.com within 5 days of receipt that you intend to exchange/return, providing the order number and the name of the item to be exchanged/returned.

Alternatively garments can be exchanged or returned to our store in Devonport. Garments must be accompanied by a receipt and have their original tags attached
