Delivery and Returns

Returns

No returns on SALE items. We will accept returns for change of mind purchases (excluding sale items), the customer will be refunded on the return of the garment (excluding shipping costs which are non-refundable).
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or should you receive any item not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund denied.
Any women's fashion garments with special care instructions should be handled with extra care to prevent any damage occurring.
You must return purchases with supporting documentation and in original condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached up to 7 days from purchase date.
Items returned without a receipt or after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded unless you have contacted us and we have consented to the late return or missing receipt.
We recommend using a track and trace courier as the safest option for returns. We will not be held responsible for any returns that fail to make it to us.
We have endeavoured to display accurately the colours of our women's fashion items and products appearing in our online store, however, due to colour variations in computer monitors we cannot guarantee the colours displayed will be completely accurate.

Exchanges

Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS

We will exchange a garment for a different size. If a different size is not available we will offer you an alternative garment or a full refund. For exchanges we recommend you email us your request to ensure reorder                                              

Delivery & Shipping

All New Zealand orders of women's fashion and accessories will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Items can only be sent to a physical address, no PO boxes or private bags.

All Australian Orders should be delivered within 3-10 working days  

Cancellations

Once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled. If however you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, please contact us 

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty                                                                                                                                                                    

Pricing

All prices displayed in our online store are represented in New Zealand currency (NZD). Prices are inclusive of New Zealand government goods and services tax, (GST), of 15%. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for legitimate purposes at any time. Sale prices may vary on items between our online store and our in-store boutique. Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand.

Payments

Your credit cards are processed through Pay Pal, and we do not store any of your details on our system.

Please note, you do not need to have a Pay Pal account set-up to use this service. During the checkout process Pay Pal will simply ask you for the standard credit card information. If you do have a Pay Pal account, then you will be able to use this as normal during the checkout process
